Voizoo.com has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Voizoo.com's sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Voizoo.com's reasonable opinion, violates any Voizoo.com policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Voizoo.com's sole discretion. Voizoo.com will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
Terms and Definitions
The User is a person or entity who use the Website for purposes of the use of the Services in accordance with this Agreement and the other legal documents of the Operator.
The Number is a phone number that is assigned to Website by the Operator throughout the validity unlimited period of the for purposes of the use of the Services by the User in accordance with this Agreement and the other legal documents of the Operator.
The URL A Uniform Resource Locator (URL), colloquially termed a web address, is a reference to a web resource that specifies its location on a computer network and a mechanism for retrieving it.
The Operator is www.voizoo.com, which is a mobile virtual network operator that provides the Services to the User through the Providers and using their local mobile networks.
The Website is the website of the Operator, using which the User can use a number with a Rates, for purposes of the use of the Services in accordance with legal documents of the Operator.
The Rates are the prices for the Services, which are established and/or updated solely by the Operator at its own discretion, and available on the Website.
The Payment is a certain amount of funds which is sent by the User to the Operator for the Services to be provided according with the Rates.
The Services are telecommunications services such as SMS and Internet services that are provided by the Operator to the User according with the Rates of the Operator.
The SMS (short message service) is a text messaging service component of most telephone, internet, and mobile-device systems. It uses standardized communication protocols to enable mobile devices to exchange short text messages.
The Parties are the Operator and the User that shall have their responsibilities, liabilities, and rights under this Agreement.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Operator reserves the right to:
Suspend provision of the Services to the User upon occurrence of irresolvable difficulties that are associated with provision of the Services, which may include but not limited to any technical failure that may render provision of access to the mobile network of the Provider impossible for the User.
Suspend or restrict provision of the Services to the User in case if he/she violates any and all sections and/or provisions of this Agreement and/or provisions presented in the other legal documents of the Operator. 
Update and/or make amendments in this Agreement, the Rates, and any and all legal documents of the Operator published on the Website at its own discretion.
To suspend, bar or restrict access to the Services if at any time the number SMS to the Numbers causes or is liable to cause congestion or other disruption within any part of Operator ‘s Services. Operator may from time to time impose traffic restrictions by blocking on particular Numbers to protect Services quality.

The Operator shall: Provide the User with the Number throughout the validity period of this Agreement specified in Termination of the Agreement. 
Ensure provision of the Services to the User in compliance with this Agreement and the Rates as well as the other legal documents of the Operator.
Provide technical maintenance of the order of the User and assist the User in case if he/she experiences any kind of problems that are associated with provision of the Services to him/her by the Operator.

The User is entitled to:
Use the Services provided to him/her by the Operator in accordance with this Agreement and the other legal documents of the Operator as well as the Rates.
Choose to terminate this Agreement at its own discretion but solely in case if he/she does not have any outstanding Payments for the Services.
Contact the Operator using any means of communications presented on the Website in case if he/she has any problem or question associated with the Services or provision of the Services to him/her.

The User shall:
Comply with any and all stipulations of this Agreement as well as with conditions presented in any and all other legal documents of the Operator.
Send the Payment for the Services to the Operator in compliance with the Rates and with this Agreement and the other legal documents of the Operator.
Review this Agreement and the Rates as well as the other legal documents of the Operator published on the Website on a regular basis.
Termination
Voizoo.com may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Voizoo.com account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided "as is". Voizoo.com and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Voizoo.com nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Voizoo.com, or its suppliers be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Voizoo.com under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Voizoo.com shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law. General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Voizoo.com Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voizoo.com, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Voizoo.com and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Voizoo.com, or by the posting by Voizoo.com of a revised version. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; Voizoo.com may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
Disputes and Violation of Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania, and any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania. In the event you willfully violate any provision of this agreement which causes the Company to suffer harm, the Company will have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to provide any service to you. If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, the non-breaching party shall be able to recover from the breaching party its reasonable attorney's fees, court costs and all expenses (including, without limitation, all such fees, costs and expenses incident to appeals), incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which such party or parties may be entitled.
