Purchase Terms and Conditions: 

Subject to the satisfactory completion of any required checks, you can top up your Voizoo account in order to start using our services as described:

(a) using a debit/credit card (MasterCard or VISA);

(b) using other services mentioned on our webpage https://www.voizoo.com/receive-sms.

By topping up your balance through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Voizoo.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any particular top up transaction or to disable any particular topping up method without notice in the interests of preventing Prohibited Transactions.

“Prohibited Transaction” – means any of the following types of transactions:

1. the sale or supply or purchase of any illegal items or items which encourage or facilitate illegal activities;

2. the sale or supply or purchase of counterfeit products;

3. money laundering;

4. terrorism financing or propaganda;

We reserve the right to add categories of prohibited transactions by adding such categories to these Terms and Conditions.

All services are provided "as is" with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. Voizoo takes no responsibility for the usage of any service in your own marketing or the outcomes of such implementation.

When you purchase a short message for a specific phone number please take into consideration that you will have a limited access to messages received (10 minutes). After the end of this period you won’t have an access to the same number. Please note that a text message sent to the number you have received may take up to 15 minutes to arrive, subject to the system load. If by the end of this term the message does not arrive, your order would be refunded at no additional costs, and the funds would be credited back to your balance. 

The total amount (inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges) that you will be required to pay will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before you are asked to confirm your transaction and proceeding with the transaction at this point is entirely optional.

Topping up an account balance is possible through the Voizoo website. Funds topped up in any of mentioned way will be credited to your Voizoo account without delay after the receipt of funds by us. All clients, willing to use the services offered at the platform are required to top-up the account first in order to be able to pay for the services. The SMS reception service could not be purchased directly, and the minimum top-up amount is EUR 5.
